Howdy, art fans! I need a particular art program to continue my work much further in the art of fancomics, located on these very boards. Specifically, animation. Short little looping animated images. GIF, I believe it's known as.
I would like to know the best art program I can buy to make animated images. Something I could copy and paste things from another art program into, something I could use to post animated GIFs on these boards and preferably something very easy to use.
