Neverending Dungeon Duo: Cathuga & Ithaca

You both arrive in a small, 10x10 curtained off area. There are two torches floating magically at head height. The curtains are thick and opaque, and made of an old, musty fabric.

Ithaca searches the surrounding curtains to see of there is anything noteworthy. Cathuga stands back and draws her weapons, readying herself for anything that may happen.

You find some lovely old curtains. Very thick. You can open them in various places, it seems you could leave at pretty much any direction.

Ithaca opens the northern part while Cathuga opens the southern part.

You notice that the rafters above are thick enough to obscure view, you can't see the ceiling.

The sisters cautiously approach the door at A4. Ithaca, Search check take 20.

Part-way through searching, a swarm of bats figures out where you are, and flies down from above the rafters to attack.

Both must make a DC 11 Fort save, or can only take a move action on their turn.

This swarm takes half damage from slashing and piercing attacks, 1d3 damage from a torch wielded as an improvised weapon, and full damage from AoE attacks.
