A Seelie Lion
Seelie Creature Template:
The Seelie Creature Template can be add to any non-Fey:
Size and type: Size remain unchanged, type change to Fey
Hit Dice: All racial Hit dice (including those gain after the application of this template) become d6
Base Attack Bonus: Bab change to 1/2 racial Hit dice
Special abilities: A Seelie retains all the base creature special abilities and gain a number of Spell-like ability (see below) and Wild luck.
Special qualities: A Seelie lose all the trait from it’s previous type but otherwise retains all the base creature special qualities and gain Low light vision and Damage reduction 5/Cold iron.
Base save Bonus: A Seelie gain a good Reflex and Will save, Fortitude become poor
Abilities: +2 Charisma.
Skills: 6+Int per hit dice (x4 for the first), Perform is always a clas skil for Seelie.
Challenge Rating: +1
Level adjustement: +1
Spell-ike ability: If a Seelie has a charisma score equal or superior to 12 she can use the following spell as a spell-like ability each three time per day Command, Blur and Speak with animal (DC12+Cha mod) . Casters level equal to Hit dice
Wild Luck(Su): A Seelie has a strange relation with luck, each day roll a d6 and she gain one benefit depending on the result for the rest of the day.

I've had a hard time chosing what do to with this one, finnally I choose spell-like ability and Luck. It seem to fit.

You can use your magiccal ability more often

Benefit
Chose one of the spell-like ability grant by your Seelie template, you can use that spell-like ability three more time per day
Special
You can gain this feat multiple time either chosing another spell-like ability or the same one it’s effect stack
Seelie Control [Template]
You discovered a way to use your innate magic to influence your ennemies
Prerequisite
Seelie template, Cha 15, Knowledge (Arcana) 6 rank
Benefit
As a standard action you can expend three use of your Command spell-like ability to use Suggestion as a spell-like ability with a caster level equal to your hit dice
Seelie Trick [Template]
You discovered a way to use your innate magic to acces the etheral plane

Seelie template, Cha 15, Knowledge (The plane) 6 rank
Benefit
As a standard action you can expend two use of your Blur spell-like ability to use Blink as a spell-like ability with a caster level equal to your hit dice

You discovered a way to use your innate magic to hold animal at bay
