Is there a list somewhere of each damage type and its relative common-ness for monster resistances, vulnerabilities, and attacks, and the same things for PCs?

For example, a lot more enemies are vulnerable to radiant than necrotic, and a lot more enemies deal necrotic damage than radiant. This makes radiant resistance less useful for PCs, and radiant damage more useful. But what about the other damage types? Is fire damage more or less common than cold? Acid doesn't seem that common, but not much resists it, either.

If there isn't already such a list, we should attempt to make one. Obviously its usefulness will vary by campaign - one set in the arctic will have cold come up a lot more - but it will still be a good reference. And very useful for those of us homebrewing feats and powers that might incorporate certain resistances or damage types.
