Male halfling monk

Does anyone know where to find (or how to make) a good picture of a male halfling monk? I'm about to play a game with a bunch of friends and I think that it would be cool to see. Please do not let it be in stick-form.

Thank you. I actually found the first picture on my own. I do like the gnome however. It could pass as a halfling. This is awesome.
