Planar Time Speed shenanigans: Most commonly used by the Planar Shepherd, but can also be applied to any situation where you can sit on one plane where time passes faster, and launch attacks at stuff on another plane.

Synchronicity: This psion power lets you ready an action, and decide later on what the action's trigger will be. When augmented, lets you decide what the action will be as well. Normally it takes a standard action to manifest so you spend a standard action to gain a standard action. Now add either Twin Power, Quicken Power, or both.

Schism: Lets you take an extra mental standard action each round.

And of course Temporal Acceleration and Timestop.

Then there's Cunning Surge and Ruby Knight Vindicator.

Celerity (Obvious) Spell Compendium

Celerity is an obvious choice, but its not in the SpC.

Yes, it's in the PHBII.

Factotum 8 allows you to burn Insp for extra standard actions.

Beholder Mage PrC in Lords of Madness allows you to cast 10 spells a round. Takes some monkeying to get into, but not impossible for the ambitious. Then there is Shapechange into things like Chokers and Chronotryns for extra actions.

Search the forum for a thread about most spells in a round. I think there are a couple more.

Hirelings.
No, seriously, don't underestimate the power of properly used level 1 warriors.

Spell storing daggers and quick draw? Put a bunch of low-level buffs in them, then make a full attack on yourself/your familiar/the party tank with a different dagger for each attack.

Travel Devotion feat: move as a swift rather than move action.

Quicken spell is so obvious that is taken for certain, so no one mentioned it?

Edit (add on): Craft contingency spell: have a nice set of spells easily activable for free.

White Raven Tactics.

White Raven Tactics.White Raven in general is about granting allies extra actions or denying the actions of enemies. It might well be the strongest school when properly utilized.

Pretty much. A lot of its maneuvers can have insane effects if the PCs set them up right. White Raven Tactics is really abusable right out of the box, though, even if you don't count yourself as an ally.

Maybe, but they're prestige classes, not templates :P

Best of all, you can have your psicrystal use it on you. Too bad it has no way of refreshing its own maneuvers. :smalltongue:

Don't forget the Swiftblade prestige class. With Perpetual Options at ECL 15, you get two standard actions in a round when under the effect of your own Haste spell.

You can try Ruby Knight Windicator.

Use Turn attempts to swift actions. Swift action + Travel domain = Whee!

Also seems to have a way to get WRT refresh with 2, but not sure how to do it.

There is a sort of mini-template that replicate more or less the PrC and I'm pretty sure is in BoED.

That said, you're right, it is a PrC and it is on Fiend Folio

Eyes of the Oracle [Dragon Magic] comes with free readied action you can maintain at all times; basically an extra standard action on discharge.

Battlemagic Perception [Heroes of Battle] is a free action counterspell.

Contingency/Instant Refuge [SpC]/Psionic Contingency [XPH]/Crafted Contingent Spells [CArc] are all obvious means to **** action economy in the eye.

Eternal Blade's [ToB] level 10 ability is probably the strongest action economy breaker in the game. Immediate action turn.

White Raven Tactics [ToB] can break action economy and in many scenarios, Moment of Alacrity [ToB] does it too.

Linked Power [CPsi] and Twin Power [CPsi] are all obvious means of breaking the action economy.

Of course, Beholder Mage [LoM]...

This one's problematic.

You've got to hit yourself, and that's not automatic. You can choose to fail a saving throw, but accepting an attack isn't provided for by the rules.
You have to take the damage (1d4 + STR bonus) every time (or double that if you get "lucky" and hit yourself for a critical).
The party tank? Forget about it. High AC, and -2 to hit at 10' range. You'll probably just end up throwing the dagger away.

You'll probably just end up throwing the dagger away.Generally, to-hit bonuses are shown to scale faster than AC, and I saw nothing to indicate the spell-storing dagger *had* to be thrown in Eurus' post. So, it's quite likely less problematic than you may think, with specific build exceptions.
