I'm planning a GURPS one shot with the players trapped in a building in the wilderness during the Civil War. And besieged by monsters.

An abandoned fort seems like my best choice for what I have in mind, but I'm having trouble with designing one (for one thing, I'm not american).
Is there a site with real-life floor plans for an old fort, or some other fairly large building that would be out in the wilderness?

Try wikipedia.

I suggest looking at Fort Sumter and Wagner.

There basically just like any other Fort.

Remember the Alamo! (http://www.lurj.org/vol1n2/alamo-fig1.jpg)

Sorry, I couldn't resist. And I don't care if the Alamo was a Texas Revolution thing. The fort's floor plan is still architecturally useful, even if it was from the 1830's.
