Heroes of Horror Errata? (3.5)

Just double-checking, since I couldn't find any: There is no Heroes of Horror errata, correct? So things like the unspecified duration on the Dread Necromancer's Fear Aura or the fact that Death Ward appears in their lists as both a 3rd and a 4th level spell, or how Dispel Magic is a 4th level spell instead of the usual 3rd while Greater Dispel Magic is a 5th level spell instead of the usual 6th, none of that got cleared up?

...Yeah, HoH was a very badly edited book.

Yeah... Tainted Scholar. Ugh.

Though both the Archivist and the Dread Necromancer are awesome and full of win, so I was sort of surprised at all the apparent errors in that one.
