0-1, playable is allways a good thing. I'd also suggest one bracket of CR between 2-3, for the +1 and +2 LA's. Playable but more options.

I'm thinking stunning beauty would be great fun.

Edit: For reference, I've got two ideas to run with here:
1) A swarm of aberrational (or perhaps outsider?) particles that is unearthly beautiful
2) A humanoid that is extremely beautiful but considers itself hideous

An ability if it is fine:

Deathspore: An X may fly into the target's mouth and attempt to turn them into an undead minion. They make a touch attack, and, if they hit, have buried themselves within the target. The target may deal (2 x the number of rounds the X has stayed within them) damage to themselves remove the X. After 5 rounds the X has begun the transformation, and digs itself free of the target. A Break Enchantment, Wish, Miracle, Heal or similar effect stops the Deathspore ability, otherwise the target falls unconcious on the first round after the X began the transformation, dies on the next and rises as a zombie on the third round under the X's control. The X cannot control more than 6 HD of zombies through the use of this ability. If the X cannot control it or if it is dead the zombie is free and acts like your average free zombie.

In addition, a proposed special ability: Breath weapon, usable 1/day, number increases with more Hit Dice. Need more info before choosing what the BW would be.
