Another unfortunate leftover of an overconfident mage to torture my players with, I'm less satisfied with this one than I am with my Pagebound Soul. None the less, critiques are encouraged as always.

The creature before you looks like a deathly ill elf, completely bald and of a sickly pale complexion. It is garbed in the remnants of a navy blue robe. As it looks up at you, you see it's eyes have been driven out by nails, bloody tearstreaks running down its face as it chokes back sobs. The loss of its eyes is no great inconvienience, however, as dozens of eyes can be seen across its skin, darting wildly about the room. As you approach, every one of its eyes focus on you, and it lets out a pained scream.

Eternal Seers are the mad remnants of wizards who looked too deeply into the nature of the universe, and learned things too terrible to comprehend. Driven insane from the terror, not even gouging out their own eyes would halt the visions. Death would be no release either, as their twisted souls were brought back as Eternal Seers, forever doomed to visions of what lay at the fringes of existance.

Petrifying Gaze (Su): Turn to stone permanently, range 30 feet. Fortitude DC 15 negates. Eternal Seers have multiple eyes and can use this ability on multiple targets simultaneously.
Dominating Gaze (Su): An Eternal Seer can crush an opponent's will just by looking into their eyes. Anyone targeted by this effect must succeed on a DC 15 Will Save or instantly fall under the Eternal Seer's influence as though by a dominate person spell. The ability has a range of 30 feet.
The Truth (Su): An Eternal Seer can spend a standard action to force a victim to look deeply into their eyes, revealing to them the truth that drove the Eternal Seer mad. The victim must make a DC 15 Will Save or take 1d6 permanent Wisdom damage. If this would reduce the victim's Wisdom to 0, they become an Eternal Seer themselves.
True Sight (Su): Eternal Seers function at all times as if they were under the effect of the true sight spell.
All-Around Vision (Ex): Eternal Seers see in all directions simultaneously, giving them a +4 Racial Bonus on Search and Spot checks, and they can't be flanked. However, Eternal Seers are incapable of closing their eyes, and automatically fail any saves against non-mind-affecting spells that affect vision.
Detect Thoughts (Su): Eternal Seers can look into the minds of anyone they can see, which is treated as detect thoughts, as the spell (Will DC 15 negates). This ability is continuous and involuntary.
