Wonder if there's any flaws to this RAW argument.

Under Death Attacks, it is said Dead creatures have -10Hp
Rageclaws says you die at -13 with 1 essentia invensment.

Thus, if you ever get killed, you're reset to -10HP, and thus not dead anymore. In fact, there's no way to kill you, except though essentia damaging you to the point you can't invest in Rageclaws.

Relevant text from the SRD:

Death Attacks
In most cases, a death attack allows the victim a Fortitude save to avoid the affect, but if the save fails, the character dies instantly.

•Raise dead doesn’t work on someone killed by a death attack.
•Death attacks slay instantly. A victim cannot be made stable and thereby kept alive.
•In case it matters, a dead character, no matter how she died, has -10 hit points.
•The spell death ward protects a character against these attacks.

Emphasis mine. In this case, it doesn't matter, as the second clause "•Death attacks slay instantly. A victim cannot be made stable and thereby kept alive." means that it doesn't matter what your HP total is, you are dead.

The latter replaces the former. Specific beats general.

No, no, no.

Dead sets your HP to -10. However, with Rageclaws, at -10Hp, you're not dead, so you're back alive.

Any attempt to kill you causes you to revive.

No, no, no.

Any attempt to kill you causes you to revive.

By your reasoning, a character who has 20 HP remaining and gets hit for 50 damage will die, but then being dead they'll be considered to be at -10 and thus return to life. "In case it matters, a dead character, no matter how she died, has -10 hit points." This is not how it works. Death effects do not kill you due to being at -10 hit points, they kill you regardless of your hp total, and then while dead you are considered to be at -10 hp. It is irrelevant if you're already dead. This is along the same lines of there are no drawbacks to being dead. RAW does not support your argument, RAI does not support it, and neither does reason.

Without rageclaws, no. He's at -10HP, which still means dead.

However, with rageclaws, you might be dead, and at -10HP. However, you CAN act normally, since you're OK until -13HP/

This is along the same lines of there are no drawbacks to being dead.

Yes, I'm arguing that it is possible with strict RAWtard reading, where drown healing and other stupid things can happen.

If the rules said that while a PC is on or below -13hp, they are dead... then I would agree with you.

As the rules say that when a PC reaches -13hp or below then they die (that is to say they become dead)... I'll say no.
