For mass effect and stargate fans

I've just noticed Lt. James from SGU looks a lot like Ashley from Mass Effect. What are your thoughts on this, citizens of the internet?

Im a stargate fan not an SGU fan and i hate the npcs in Mass Effect 1. I feel seriously let down....

Even if there is such a resemblance (don't see it myself), not sure how it's relevant considering that (a) Stargate Universe came out long after Mass Effect and (b) the character in SGU presumably looks like the actress who plays her, so you can hardly claim plagiarism... :smallwink:

I would guess that not every "X looks like Y" mention in the Internet is someone accusing plagarism. Sometimes people just find pleasure in noting similarities. :smallsmile:

I can't comment, myself, since I haven't seen much SGU (though I am a Stargate fan).

Sure, there is a certain resemblance. I could see James's actor play Ashley in the movie. I still prefer if they don't make a movie, though.
