The title says I need help with a build, but honestly, I am not sure where to start. I want my character to use enchantment, illusion, and divination to control. Control everything. I am not sure where to start. I could make an enchanter, or diviner. Or maybe Psionics would be better. I want the most cheestastic build possible.

And it has to be level 6. No flaws. And the DM does not like monster races. Anything else goes for the most part, except dragon magazine. Except easy metamagic. That is the only thing from Dragon he allows.

I was reading a comic, and the character was using their powers to control everything around them, foiling plots, and in the end he smiles and says "Dance my puppets". I want that to be me. Help please?

Beguiler sounds like exactly what you need. It's an enchantment/illusion specialist that has light armor, spontaneous, INT-based casting, and is an amazing skill-monkey.

Or maybe a Telepath. Charm, Suggestion, Dominate, you name it, they have it.

Either of the above. For Telepath, take the ACF (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070411a) that grants Telepathy at 5th level. For Beguiler, take a level dip of Mindbender at 6th level. Then take the Mindsight feat for both of them.

Kalashtar OR Human OR Fire Elf Psion (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/classes/psion.htm) (Telepath)5/Thrallherd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/prestigeClasses/thrallherd.htm)10/Psion+5.

Kalashtar (Eberron Campaign Setting) gets +1 PP/level. Human gets a bonus feat. Fire Elf (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/elementalRacialVariants.htm#fireElves) gets +2 INT though -2 CHA.

You control the world one minion at a time. Sacrifice a minion and you get a new one the next day.

Also, do psionic power research (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicPowersOverview.htm#independentResearch) to get all the powers you need at a lower price than a feat! (Metamorphosis, sense danger [Magic of Eberron], and so on.)
