Introduction
Yes Naruto conversions have been done. Actually Naruto d20 is the biggest anime conversion on the net. But that doesnt mean some one else cant make one. This attempt is based on a 20 level class system and is meant to be almost on par with regular classes but still more powerful.

Basics
Jutsu
The main power of all ninjas is their powers to manipulate their own chakra, a mix of physical and spiritual energy, and use them to use Jutsu.
In game terms a ninja learns jutsus by spending training points which are gained when you level up. These represent training you did on your free time. (Their will be a variation that allows you to gain extra points by "training"). You also gain a free jutsu every time you gain a feat.
Jutsu are also broken up into jutsu trees which represent jutsus that are similar to each other. You start with basic tree and any other three trees. You two new trees every time you gain a feat. You can only learn jutsu from tree you "have.
Jutsu's are broken up into 10 Ranks (like the 0-9 levels for spells.). You can only learn jutsu up to a certain rank depending on your level (see the table below).

Jutsus have a training point cost depending on their rank (see the table below). However some have a unique cost.

Chakra: Chakra is the "life force " of all things. It is also the energy that is used to use jutsu. Everyone has a chakra reserve. Chakra is recovered after a full night rest. A person can convert hp to chakra and vice a vesra (rules in progress). If your chakra drops below or to 0 you can not you use jutsus. You die when your chakra is below -10*your hd.
Chakra=15+(wis mod*hd)+(con mod*hd)+misc+class bonus.
Note: Class bonus is handled a bit differently than you'd expect. Each class has an ability score called its chakra stat and a modifier. Your class bonus is equal to your chakra stat modifier times your class multiplier.

Class abilities
Weapons/armor:
Bonus Feats:At the listed levels a Fighter Nin receives a bonus feat. You can choose any Shinobi or Fighter (bonus) feat that you meet the requirement for.
Nin Leap: At level one you get Nin leap as a bonus feat.
Unarmend Strike: WIP
Warriors Training: A Fighter Nin pushes his body to his limit, and is able to perform amazing feats with out the aid of chakra. Each time he receives Warriors Training he choose a new ability from the list below. They do not stack unless otherwise said.
Jutsu: Jutsu.. Training point wip.

Weapon Focus: Requires weapon Focus. With all weapons that you have weapon focus for you get an additional +1 to attack and damage. You can take this multiple time each times you increase the addition to attack and damage by +1.

Ninja Skill: All ninjas have basic skills and Fighter nins are no different. Each time he receives Ninja Skill he choose a new ability from the list below. They do not stack unless otherwise said.

Ninja Skill

Battle Lore: A Fighter Nin lives in the heat of battle and they know their is more to fighting than having a strong body and being good with a weapon. A fighter nin studies battles and learn how to gain the advantage. Each time he receives Battle Lore he choose a new ability from the list below. They do not stack unless otherwise said.

Shinobi Assault: A Fighter Nin knows how to attack.

FEATS

Blood Contract [Shinobi]
Pre: Wis 14, Rank 5
Effect: You learn the summoning jutsu. You also sign a blood contract with one summon type of whom you meet the requirement for
Note: You can take this feat multiple times, each time you gain a new contract.

Chakra Leap:
You jump higher.
Prerequisite: Wis 13+, reserve chakra points 1+.
Benefit: You gain +10 enchantment bonus to your jump skill.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Each time the bonus to your jump skill increases by 10, and your prerequisite of reserve chakra points increases by 4. For instance, if Rock
Lee takes Chakra jump three times, his jump skill is equal to his normal jump skill +30 if his reserve chakra points are 9 or more, his
normal jump skill +20 if his reserve chakra points are 5 or more, his normal jump skill +10 if his reserve chakra points are 1 or more.

Tree Runner [Shinobi][/B]
By a difficult set of training Shinobi learn how to travel through the trees easier than on land.
Prerequisites: ChakraLeap, Jump 13 ranks
Benefit: As long as a Shinobi has at least 8 points of Chakra, she gains a +30 bonus on all Jump checks.

Chakra Speed[Shinobi]
You move faster.
Prerequisite: Wis 13+, reserve chakra points 1+.
Benefit: Your base speed is equal to your normal speed +10.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Each time increases your base speed by 10 feet and increases your prerequisite of reserve chakra points by 4. For instance, if Rock Lee takes Chakra Speed three times, his speed is equal to his normal speed +30 if his reserve chakra points are 9 or more, his normal speed +20 if his reserve chakra points are 5 or more, his
normal speed +10 if his reserve chakra points are 1 or more.

Deflecting Throw[Fighter]
You can block thrown weapons at a distance.
Prerequisite: Base attack +4, Precise Shot
Benefit: If you have a kunai or other throwing weapon in hand, or posses the quick draw feat, you can throw that weapon to block other ninja’s thrown weapons as with the deflect arrows feat. This only works if the weapon you are attempting to block passes within 30ft. of you



Shinobi Feats
Shinbobi Feats can only be taken by characters who have a chakra reserve.
Bloodline
A subtype of Shinobi feat. A bloodline represents a genetic power. You can normal only take one Bloodline feat at a time.
MetaJutsu
Metamagic feats for ninja.
