Quick question: How high a level maneuver can you learn based on your initiator level? One-half your IL rounded up?

Basically, yes.

Edit: Did a pirate just ninja me? :smalleek:

There's also a table on page 39 of ToB.

There is a list on page 39 that explains it all, including based on what levels you have in other classes such as Barbarian.

But basically, yeah, it is like a wizard learning new spell levels, a new one at twice your level minus 1.

So 1st level are levels 1-2
Level 2 are level 3-4
etc until level 17 when you learn level 9.

Yeah, same as wizard's spells.

That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. I'm updating an old WB from ECL 12 to 15 and he has 6 "other" class levels, so his IL v. learned maneuvers is a little tricky. I just wanted to be sure to get it right.

Edit: Did a pirate just ninja me? :smalleek:Yarr, don't think of it like that. Think of it as expanding the usage of the awesomenest verb ever. (Which is "pirate", doh.)
