I'm playing a 30th level Wizard/Unseen Seer/some other classes in a new epic game. His shtick is that he hides in plain sight and sneak attacks with spells/reserve feats. Currently I've got Sniper's Shot, Hunter's Eye, Grave Strike, and Golem Strike for keeping sneak attack relevant. +20d6 sneak attack right now.

I have Easy Metamagic (Persist) so it lowers the adjustment to +5, and I have Ocular and Easy (Ocular) so I can make spells have a fixed range for an additional +1.

Specialist Conjurer, Enchantment and Necromancy banned.
Spells per day looks like this: 5/10/10/10/9/9/9/9/8/8/8/8/5, with three 6th, one 7th, and one 12th being occupied for current persisted spells and such.

What stuff is good/necessary?

Edit: Also, are there any magic items that increase the DC on your spells? My Int is as high as I can get it right now at 49 (+19), but my DCs still feel really low for this level.

For my Unseen Seer build, I've found the spell Heroics to be invaluable, letting me get long fighter feat chains without spending valuable feats. At your level, you don't even need to Persist it; Extended Heroics at CL 30 would last 10 hours by itself, so two castings per feat gets you through the day. Using it for Martial Study/Stance can net you some good maneuvers. Alternatively, Persistent Mirror Move is also a nice way to gain feats.

Greater Blink and Greater Invisibility are both very nice defensively and in guaranteeing you flat-footed enemies, though the prevalence of True Seeing at your level may mitigate their usefulness. Superior Invisibility is better obviously, but you can't Persist that yet. Greater Mirror Image can be Persisted, and is another good defensive spell that gets shut down by True Seeing. Instant Search is good to keep up if you also have trapfinding duties, as is Find Traps if you get it via Advanced Learning, while Bite of the Weretiger/bear can be very powerful. Eyes of the Oracle is good for granting you an extra action.

Haste is obvious. Guided Shot is quite nice as well and combines nicely with Sniper's Shot. Cloud of Knives can mean a free Sneak Attack each round. Girallon's Blessing can be interesting, potentially netting you lots of extra attacks if you're willing to Multiweapon Fight with four Quick Loading hand/light crossbows (or Shapechange into a Marilith, then do it). You can do a lot more damage Sneak Attacking via actual weapons than spells since you tend to get a lot more weapon attacks in the same amount of actions.

For more defensive spells, there's Greater Mage/Luminous Armor, Veil of Undeath, Elemental Body, Heart of Earth, Spiderskin, Mind Blank, Moment of Prescience, Greater Shadow Evocation -> Contingency, Ghostform, Foresight, Superior Resistance. You can also use Greater Arcane Sight, Spell Turning, Greater Heroism, Overland Flight, Greater Magic Weapon, Resist Energy, True Seeing, Shield. Persist/Extend as needed.

Okay, that was a bit disorganized, but oh well, lots of stuff in there to pick/choose from.

Also: ban evocation.

A lot of the spells listed are not available to you as a wizard, but check out the Team Solars link in my sig. The entire basis of that party is Persisting as many stacking buffs as possible, and I scoured every sourcebook I could find in making it.

So I've got a few maneuvers and a few spells as maneuvers.

Eyes of the Oracle is good for granting you an extra action.I'm trying to stay away from things that get beaten by True Seeing, as I have massive hide/move silently as well as Hide in Plain Sight and Darkstalker, so I'm very hard to find as it is, and true seeing doesn't help.

Polymorph-esque spells are banned, so no Shapechange. Haste is good, I'll have to look up guided shot and cloud of knives.

Persist/Extend as needed.I need to look up a few of these, but thanks for the list haha!

Also: ban evocation. It's already been decided, and I happen to like evocation, haha. It has a few spells I'd rather not lose, and I don't want to have to use shadow evocation even if it is really good.

That's how I got Hunter's Eye and Grave Strike.
