Is there anyway to turn off a spell, so that we could spread out the spell duration?

You can supress it, but that cuts into the duration.

Stick the subject of the spell on a timeless plane?

I once saw a feat that did something like that. But I can't remember the name or where I saw it. Basically you could "pause" the duration by suppressing the spell.
It lead to tricks like preparing anti magic field in the morning, then suppressing, only taking of seconds of the duration. Later you are able to call it for the rest of the duration, instant anti magic field.

I will be searching, unless someone else finds it. :smallwink:
I Googled so much I find my very own reply here back. >_<
Anyway pretty sure I saw a feat, just lost the name/source. Sorry can't help you anymore then that. :smallfrown:

If it makes it easier, I'm just looking to suppress the spell cast on an item. So, stuffing it into something that causes stasis is enough.

I was thinking something like gloves of storing, but that specifically says spell duration count down.

Takes a while to scrap it off though.

A bit of prestidigitation should clean it off, presto.
