Hey everyone, I have been going to this site for a long time now, I like to read the homebrew rules. I finally desided to make an account and join in on the action.

I am going to try to make a borderlands d20 game.
I just got the game, and I am loving it, and I was siting with my friend when I said "This would make a good campaign for d20" and he agreed.

I guess I am posting it here mainly to get feed back and help on it.
I plan on using a mix of D20 modern, and Fallout d20 (Its kinda like a ruleset to go along with d20 modern).

Heres what needs to be done :
Basic Rule Set
Races (I know everyones human, but mabye some variety in the human? Like brick is HUGE, and lilith can phase walk, so like that)
Classes (Soldier , Hunter , Beserker, and Siren)
Equipment (Armor, Shields, Guns, Gear)
Beastiary (Monsters and Bandits alike)

I plan to start working on the races/classes first, Might draw up some rough drafts on wordpad tonight then post them up on here when there good enough to share.

Borderlands is a cool game.

I think one thing that would be good to capture is the weapons customization, so players can build unique weapons for themselves.

You could do this by breaking down the weapon type, much like the game:
Pistols, Sub-machine guns, Rifles, Assault Rifles, Heavy weapons, etc.

Then decide what "mods" could be added to each:
Corrosive, Fire, and Stun damage, scopes, high capacity magazines, etc.

I think thats a perfect idea!
