Does anyone have a list of spells that do not give a SR check it must only be arcane.

The vast majority of spells from the Conjuration school, arcane, divine or neither, do not allow for SR.

Transmutation spells that effect the terrain generally don't allow spell resistance, either.

Conjurations with a duration of Instant are SR: No.
