I'm thinking of playing the Neverending Dungeon Crawl (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153950), and I've got a character idea in mind, but I seem to be having some difficulty.

Here's the build idea: Factotum on one side, Duskblade with a Spellthief dip on the other side with the Master Spellthief feat from CS. Factotum goodies with Full BAB, channelling, and spell stealing. General versatility and skillmonkiness abounds.

My questions are:
1) Should I take the Spellthief level first and then 5 levels of Duskblade, taking Master Spellthief as a 6th level feat, or 5 levels of Duskblade and then Spellthief with Master Spellthief on the 6th level?

2) Should I opt to take levels in other "dipping" classes, like Swashbuckler or Barbarian? If so, what, where and when?

3) Is a dip in Master of Masks (CS) worth it for free Exotic Weapon proficiency from the Gladiator Mask, Haberdash-style (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88633)? It would only come at level 6, making it fairly late, and I would have to burn 16 ranks in fairly useless (at least in a hack 'n' slash) skills. If it is worth it, then on which side should I take it?

4) What would be better for a race, Human or Whisper Gnome? WG gets all sorts of goodies from racials and small size, but human has that delicious extra feat.
