Sabine for the fun factor. As for someone in need of a hug, I'd have to go with either Inkyrus or Redcloak. I'm not sure if RC is a huggy sort of person but I think an arm around the shoulders and saying "Keep going, I have faith in you" would do his self-esteem a world of good. Inkyrus has also been suffering lately - hir mate leaves home for years, comes back as a genocidal maniac crazed with power and doesn't even bother to stay and help put hir family back together. For this reason alone, Inky definitely needs a hug.
