Are there any classes similiar to the mystic theurge where you can advance both eldricth blast and Psionics ?

Not as far as I can tell- but a DM could create their own.

Just look at the class features of the Mystic Theurge. That should give you an idea how to make such a class.

1. Take Eldritch Theurge.
2. Change all mention of Spells to Powers.
3. Change Spell Slots to Power Points.
4.???
5. THEURGE!!

A good baseline would be the Cerebremancer- a PRC that advances psionics and casting.

Add to Eldritch Theurge with a bit of adjustment.

I suppose technically Bloodlines advance both Eldritch Blast and Manifester Level, as do Legacy Champion and Uncanny Trickster. The wording on them may prohibit simultaneous advancement, though.

If you can cast 2nd-level spells from some other source, you qualify for cerebremancer as a warlock/psion. You could then let its "+1 arcane spellcasting" advance Warlock instead, according to the rules in Complete Arcane.

This, pretty much. You'll need a way to qualify somehow. A highly dubious reading of Precocious Apprentice can get you a 2nd level slot as a warlock... maybe. Otherwise you'll have to dip an arcane casting class and use early entry.
