Oblivion: Shivering Isles: Beds owned by dead people.

So, I started getting into the shivering Isles, and I became the Duke of Mania after killing the previous one. So, now I have access to the Duke's (my) chambers and can store stuff, but if I try to sleep on the bed it just says that it's owned....even though it's my room...the bed is owned by a dead man.

Is this a glitch? Is there a way to fix it. I find it funny that the Duke of Mania has to sleep at an inn.

Any help is appreciated.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the unofficial patches. Even though I always install them when I install Oblivion.

so wait, the crazy guy gets a free bedroom he cant sleep in and :smallconfused: how is this a bug? it might just be that its making odd behavior a requirement or it could be one of those rare bugs that actually completely fits and makes things shinier.
