Hi, Guest#1! Welcome to the forum :smallsmile:

Up near the top of each subforum (when you're looking at the list of threads in that subforum), there's a button that says "New Thread". Click on that and you're good to go. Also, if you're looking to start a play-by-post game, make sure you check out this guide (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181299); it's excellent.
