Belkar the Nicknamer

You probably have noticed, but Belkar has an habit of giving inventive nicknames to pretty much anybody. "Stubbles Von Smackhammer" is just the last in a long list of them.

Can you remember any other noticeable nicknames along the course of the comic?

Note that Xykon is no slouch either in this department. For both characters, I guess it's part of the "I couldn't care less what's your real name since I couldn't care less if you live or die" mentality.
