Diamond Defense ToB Question

Diamond Defense has confused me a little bit does it let you add your IL to your all saves + your base class save + you ability mod or does it just replace the base save and ability mod with IL?

2. You add your IL as an additional bonus over and above the normal bonus you have. Still autofails on natural one, though, so I prefer the "replace save with Concentration check" counters.
