Wow, long Title... Anyways, the question:

Could you use Improved Trip to trip an enemy, then Sneak-Attack them with a off hand weapon?

If your main hand is a trip weapon (or you use an unarmed strike), and they satisfy the conditions for a Sneak Attack (flanked and/or denied Dex to AC), then yes. Note that the prone condition isn't enough to allow Sneak Attacks by itself.

The bonus attack from Improved Trip would be a Sneak Attack as well assuming the conditions are satisfied.

Just need a good tripping weapon then...

Though you get no bonus I like using the whip, you can apply weapon finesse to it and use it from 5 feet away: Trip, 5 foot step, stab stab stab :D

Flail, Kama, Whip, or Unarmed Strike all work as one handed trip weapons.

Don't forget spiked chain.

Don't forget spiked chain.Not one-handed.

Besides, with Imp. Trip you can just wield whatever you wish and trip with your unarmed strikes.

This works nicely into my trip, sneak, disarm, combo

Kusari-gama is the one-handed version of the spiked chain.

Also, no makeup jokes? GitP, I am disappoint.

Note that the prone condition isn't enough to allow Sneak Attacks by itself.

I'd just like to emphasize that. I once made that mistake as a player, and my combo fell apart quite fast.

Makeup jokes? I fail to see what you're talking about.

Now, see, your problem here is that Rogues just don't have the stomach to tripe with. Just not enough meat there for it to be worth it, better off grinding it up for sausages/dogs.

And Rouges don't have stomaches to begin with.

Look at the title in the OP. It was edited from Rouge to Rogue.

Looks perfectly fine to me. I don't see the problem here. No it wasn't. ;)

Doesn't the bonus attack from improved trip have to come from the weapon you used to trip?

However, you can use your 1st attack to trip as part of a full attack, then continue with your TWFing routine.

Anyway, are you gonna have the stats for all of this?

So you mean a barb with improved trip can trip with an unarmed strike, then make the bonus attack with his greataxe instead?

So you mean a barb with improved trip can trip with an unarmed strike, then make the bonus attack with his greataxe instead?Yes, that's why you take wolf totem.

[Edit]: Though Knock-Down would be better still.
