(3.5) Good froms for polymorph

Does anyone have any good form suggesstions for polymorph? I don't have a lot of experience with that spell. My character's CL is 12, and i have access to core, MM2, and Monsters of Faerun. Amy good ideas?

Interstingly I already had that page open because I was looking for a similar answer.

Anyone know an easy way to boost a wizards caster level in respect of polymorph to hit the 15HD cap a couple of levels early?

Using Polymorph isn't good form.

Minor Shapeshift (CMage) on top of being TOTALLY AWESOME, gives a +1 CL bonus when casting spells of the Polymorph subschool, of which Polymorph belongs (surprise surprise!).

Other than that, the standard stuff. Orange IWIN Stone, Ring of Arcane Might, Earth Spell + Heighten Spell, Ultimate Magus Spell Power feature, etc etc etc.

But it's good to run 'from' :)
