I like adding titles to characters. Bobhorst is the Foxdevilswild - well, if you're German you understand - Sturmherz became the Green-Winged Horror when I started using his glide speed to way greater effect than I ever expected, SPARTA... dunno, being a Spartan Warforged should be enough

I'll buy either a healing belt or a masterwork spiked chain and some other gimmicks, undecided

Fallen:I'll be binding the Girallon Arms, so my grapple check will be +12. Ka-ugh grappled Teravel to death the last time they met, so he'll probably attempt the same again, but like this I can match him. Let's just charge straight for Oro and start mauling, and Ka-ugh's first attempt will likely be wasted. Nine only know, look at my sheet and it seems like another acid-spitter, so it ought to catch them off-guard a little.

Charging is a plan to Sturmherzens likes :smallbiggrin: we can either try a Turn 2 strike at him when I have Travel Devotion up, I could pretent I want to face Ka-Ugh and then quickly change position or we wait for Turn 3 to buff some more, Child of Shadows is useful on me. If we go for the fast kill we can get a 2on1 on Oro soon

Though the best Sturmherz can do against other meleers is moving in, whacking them good and moving out again with Travel Devotion. None of them have a reach weapon so any followup provokes an AoO

edit: I'm contemplating Enlarge myself, 20 foot reach is mean and with 100 feet movement a turn I don't have to worry much about squeezing

Fallen:I like the idea of taking out Oro before he has a chance to drink his buffs. I'll head forward and taunt him, and if he doesn't follow up, I'll just start spitting acid at him. If he does come in range, well, I get 4 claw attacks. :smalltongue:

that's true, quick alpha-strike before they buff up. Tun 1, I could go to N10 or Q13, drink enlarge person to occupy the whole stairs and activate Travel Devotion. With 100 feet movement and 20 feet reach I can get a strike on almost all places on the map on turn 2. With a little jumpgliding I might even be able to attack while staying out of their reach(20 foot elevation, 5 for DC 40 jump means I can end my turn well up in the air while maintaining forward speed, get a Shadow Blade Technique in and have one of them in my AoO zome without him being able to attack back. Nice :smallbiggrin:

You can't. See my Round 89 match vs Twang or my Round 84 rematch vs Shooty and Mattos. Sometimes it gets overlooked, that's why we had a big rewind in Round 84

problem is I don't remember the exact procedure to get those potions, but I'm sure it can be done... Maybe Sallera remembers it... if not, it's ok I can forget that last potion of Retirada Expedita

There is no way to get Expeditious Retreat potions. There are certain personal spells that can be made into potions, but Expeditious Retreat is not one of them.

Sallera suicided in a Tag Team match? I'd like to see that :smallbiggrin: Only potential suicides I saw so far was Psidog mistaking the R for an T and accidentally going through lava(twice), but Kyeudo let him off the hook for that

Hm, you wanna team up in the coming Gamma? I think Teravel and Sturmherz would do well. Gallows might be an interesting option since they both speak Orc and pack a nasty punch


Sanity, which squares do you occupy after enlarging? Either way, D8+5 is one of them, so you're in my melee range

I didn't grapple because all my neat maneuvers and insane mobility isn't worth much there.

Anyway, you get lucky and beat me on both strength checks, I drop my spiked chain instead of being tripped. Teravels turn

F6/G7, more importantly at +5 feet thanks to gliding fro the +20 platform. Your grapple would most likely succeed, but you can't move into my squares without a high jump(or maybe you can because you occupy squares at +5 thanks to being large :smallconfused:) like I did against Oxie. Depending on how this works you might want to reconsider

well, no matter to go over grappling flyers once more, that AoO should put you out of buisness I think, right?

Aye, that's match. A fun one, but Teravel doesn't really have an effective way to compete against Sturmherz's reach, at least with these melds bound. Good thing we're going to be on the same side. :smalltongue:

Well, good game. Revenge for Bobhorst :smalltongue: Sturmherz on level 2 is nice, Shadow Blade Technique makes him way more reliable(my attack rolls against Psidog were aweful, I only wore him down with grapples, disarms and sunders where my advantage on the opposed rolls was just ridiculous). I have a good feeling about the Sturmherz-Teravel teamup, though it will be some time I guess until Gamma starts
