question about an ebay listing.

Okay, I'm trying to edit a listing for my brother so that the item allows international shipping. However, I can't seem to do this. Can somebody help me or is it not possible? Or, could somebody from, say France, bid on the item anyway?

Just put that you'll ship internationally in the item description. That should work well enough. If it's a small enough item, that won't cost a fortune to ship, in my experience, it really doesn't matter where in the world the thing comes from as long as their willing to wait for it.
