I've come across an educational site which I'm pretty sure is ripping off TG's designs without permission. I can't find a contact link for him, though. Where can I report this?

If that site is effectively using copyrighted OotS material, it's fine to not give links (free publicity), 'til the issue is clarified by Rich.
