Boci

I am looking for some fixes for the following classes, preferable ones that fit into tier 3.:
Hexblade. What am I looking for? A base class gish, similar to a duskblade but different enough to warrant a new class. Essentially a duskblade, only focused on debuffing rather than extra damage. A new way to attack/full attack and use magic in the same round would also be nice. I like the idea of invocations instead of spells.
Soulborn. What am I looking for? I'm not really sure. I am tempted to say a fighter who can smite and gives up some bonus feats in return for some soulmelds, but that sounds a bit dry. So, any fix will do for this one.
Truenamer. What am I looking for? A mage with a fair selection of spells, who can use them at will, but repeated use of the same spell becomes harder in a single day. It would be good if it had 100% chance of success the first 2 times, then 90% chance the third time, ect. I considered making my own version, changing the truenaming check to be based off caster level to allow it to be relatively low without worrying about someone pushing their modifier sky high, but I figured I would check to see if such an option already existed first.
All I need is a link, but a short explanation of why you chose that particular fix would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
