Gestalt:

Bard Perform (Vuvuzela) / Exotic Weapon Master (Vuvuzela)

Entry Requirements:

At least 7th generation evil, really evil, evil alignment, evil subtype, evil voice, evil everything.

What abilities will you give to this character?

What was that? I couldn't hear you over this stupid buzzing noise.

Some kind of Summon Swarm ability seems appropriate.

Just think of what you could do with it. Good race would need big lungs, though. Dwarves, maybe. (http://www.lolstream.com/v/939/gimlis_vuvuzela?s=latest)

The Dark Speech or whatever from Book of Vile Darkness and the Dirgesinger from Libris Mortis (but only a level dip) seem appropriate.

Dark speech delivered through that abomination? That would be enough to make Lolth cringe.

Eh, I'd just let you have the horn as a magic item.

Vuvuzela Horn:
Make a performance check, all within range who can hear must choose to make either a will or a fortitude save (Their choice) equal to the perfromance check. If they fail and they chose fortitude save, they become sickened. If they fail and they chose will save, they are treated as if under the effects of the spell rage. Either way, this is a supernatural ability, and lasts for one minute.

Also if you feel like being a jerk to your team-mates.

False Hope:
Level 2 cleric. Level 2 sorcerer/wizard.
Casting Time: Standard Action.
Type: Enchantment. [American/Positive Energy]
Range: Any single target within 100ft.
Save: None
Spell Resistance: No
Effect: The target gains a +10 bonus on his next attack, saving, or skillcheck roll. He is overcome with a sense of joy and reinforcement. Then when he goes to make the attack, save, or skillcheck. Automatically fails.

Winning Means Not Losing:
Level 0 cleric. Level 0 sorcerer/wizard.
Casting Time: Standard Action.
Type: Transmutation. [American]
Range: Any target within 50ft and personal.
Save: None
Spell Resistance: No
Effect: Both you and the target take 2d6 damage.

What's a Vuvuzela? I've never heard of such a thing. :smallconfused:

I don't know if that qualifies as a pun or not.

World Cup fans know it has the buzzing hellspawn of Pazzuzu and an Abomination.
Others know it as a plastic horn.

So you spend your time hitting people with vuvuzelas? With the expected result being that you break a lot of vuvuzelas in to smithereens? This doesn't strike me as particularly evil; many people would say it qualifies you for canonization.

And Apollo comes down and removes you and your cursed instrument from existence. You become an annoying vestige that no one likes.

Perform (Vuvuzela)
Since when does skill make any difference to the sound of a vuvuzela?

This thread will probally get closed, but I really hate those horns.

Make it Hellwasps and you're on the right path.

Ah! One of those. XD Yeah, we don't call those vuvuzelas around here, and the capitalization by the OP made me think it was some kind of super-evil race or class variant stuff.

Can we banish that guy to Pandemonium, please? Or the Forest of Silence?

Of course this character is inmune to the plane of Pandemonium, he can bring Pandmonium to any plane:

"winds drive most of its residents mad."

If that is not the description of a vuvuzela I don't know what it is.
