Paizo (http://paizo.com/store/paizo) is a 3rd party company that has produced a number of adventures, that are usually quite good. their latest publications use their own Pathfinder variant rules, but the older ones are all standard 3.5e.

They also published hundreds of adventures in their Dungeon magazine. I think you can get pdfs of all issues in their online store as well.

If you just want campaign ideas, I would peruse the Homebrew forum of this site. There are a ton.

You can also read reviews of different published adventures here (http://www.rpg.net/reviews/) and take ideas from the plots and villains of those.

If you have some vague ideas you need help fleshing out you can post a thread here, people love to respond with their ideas.

Complete, premade adventures are uncommon to find free on the web, though the first few sections of the Dungeon a Day are free (google it) and many published adventurers can be purchased cheaply in .pdf form online.

If you like sewer underworlds, click the link in my signature ffor my campaign journal. I include stats and tactics for all encounters, and loot writeups, so you could run the same game yourself if you wanted to.

I've often used and found a lot of adventures through dndadventure.com (http://www.dndadventure.com/).
