Does this work?

Can you use this feat and leave your highest-level factotum spell open, to be able to be replaced spontaneously with any sorcerer/wizard spell whatsoever when you decide to cast it?

Doesn't work because Factotum don't have Spells Known or actual Spell Slots.

It's true. Despite the fact that they very nearly crap awesome, Factotums don't actually gain spells, and so some feats and PrCs are forever out of their reach. until you take Chameleon, of course :smallamused:

Actually, even then. You can't qualify for anything with aptitude focii.
