The Problem with this one is the Earthbender v2.0, at lv 1 he can pin someone to the wall/ground/ceiling with Column inflicting 4d6 of damage and pin the target against a STR Check DC: 30. Not ot mention that he can easily create the wall unto witch he pin the target to.

With the way its done I'm sure you could throw this into a 4e dnd game with little fuss

There was a 3.5 version that my friend's friends played in college... At level 14 ish they threw what ended up being a small island at Ozai and killed him... So I think that system was a bit broken (although it does come to make you wonder why they didn't just do that in the show >.> )
