There've been a few attempts at Mouse Guard PbP games here, and I'm starting an all new campaign on #giantitp, so I thought I would put together resources for new players. Ask any rules questions away.
Errata
p104: Chase conflicts only use Nature as their base when the chase involves hiding, escaping, or climbing. For other chases, use Health for disposition.
p110: Lieam should roll 9 dice, not 10.
p243: The Heavy factor is described incorrectly. Use the one on p118/p119
p243: In the failure options for Armorer, all references to +1 Ob should be replaced with -1D

Conflict Card Page (http://www.burningwheel.org/forum/showthread.php?7287-MG-Conflict-Cards) has lots of different card sets if you need help remembering the actions.
Realm Guard (http://www.burningwheel.org/forum/showthread.php?8094-Realm-Guard-Rangers-of-the-North-%28v1-5%29), a neat adaptation of the Mouse Guard rules to the Lord of the Rings setting.
Recruitment
Recruitment is generally straightforward; but I have a few variants:
I give all mice another skill from natural talent, but it has to be different.
Also, I consolidate skill wises with mouse type wises--Apiary-wise and Apiarist-wise might be slightly different, but I think that if you're wise about apiarists you'll know something about apiary and if you're wise about apiary you'll know something about apiarists.
