I've been thinking recently of ways to include higher level spells in d20 Modern without breaking the conventions of the game (base classes don't cast spells, advanced classes are only 10 levels and prestige classes only 5) and I was wondering if it would be broken to have an advanced class that could cast a single domain, and no other spells. On the one hand you'd be able to cast a 9th level spell at level 13, but you only get one spell of each level and the selection is sharply limited. Does this seem overly powerful?

Gaining one spell per level, once a day, fro ma domain list? I don't think that is inherently overpowered for d20 modern...

BUT: The top level spells are of course the most powerful - so you should look carefully at the domain lists to see which might cause other issues in your game.
