ID this die!

EDIT: Crap, I meant this to go in the RPG forum...

I was just at the comic shop looking through a bin of dice when I saw a strange thing. A d12 (as I recall, though it may have been a 20), but instead of numbers it had a bunch of "H"s, "L"s and bullseyes. I figure this is probably a well-known thing around here, but I have no idea what it was for. Help?

Sounds like a wargame die, possibly connected to Warhammer, though I don't know enough about Warhammer to confirm that.

Not Warhammer. It only uses D6s (and a special D6 for scatter).
