Just for fun:
You've joined a campaign that will go from 1st to 10th level.
You have chosen Human
Your rolled stats come up (assume 4d6 drop 1)
13
13
13
12
12
12
What class do you start as? Core? Pathfinder (human gets +2 to stat of choice)?

(I said "Campaign...to 10th", elsewise the dedicated casters would be a little out of luck with a prime casting stat of 13. And Human is greatly encouraged due to the lack of Stat Adjustments, but any no-adjustment race will be fine)

I vote for Monk, because if you're going to be MAD, you might as well go all out.

Druid.

What?

Commoner.

Because you might as well be exceptionally good at sucking.

3.5 PHB has a rule that lets you re-roll if you have nothing higher than a 13. Does Pathfinder have that too?

Alternatively, presume you rolled 14/14/14/11/11/11 and then aged to middle age?

Warlock or Druid could both work with those. Heck, Warlock can work with much less than that.

If you cheese out the race, Dragon Fire Adept could work as well.

druid. yes you lose out on casting spells, but you can still be a tank (wild shape) and you still get your fighter buddy (animal companion).

warlock, as previously said, can still work on a full container. pick invocs with no save and go crazy.

Wildshape Ranger would do pretty well.

Dragon Shaman characters don't need to pump a particular stat, so they could work.

I was assuming PF core. Even with Pathfinder polymorphing, wild shaping to medium and large forms gives you passable strength and con, and the animal companion (who is independent of your own ability scores) helps a lot.

Alternatively, you could be a summoner, but that's basically cheating, even more so than the druid.

I remember a thread on what can be done with all 8's a while back, and warlock was still mentioned quite frequently. Most NAD class ever.

You can probably build a playable warblade with those stats. Throw the 13s into physicals, the 12s into mentals, then go to town with maneuvers. Hit rate will be low at lower levels, but the difference won't be huge at mid to high levels.

half orc barbarian. Rage and get that strength up to something respectable and you'll be golden.

Druid going into Planar Shepherd.

Anthropomorphic Bat if possible.

Wizard ?
Choose a race that gets you +2 Int, and then keep bumping it every 4th level. This should give you 15 at 1st and 20 at 20th, without the usual further buffing.

OK you won't be the best Wizard in the world, but you will be competant. And a competant Wizard beats most other options.

Actually by bumping a 13 to 15 by racial modifiers you can play anything thats NOT MAD. You just have to go with the racial stereotypes.

PF makes this easier since racial mods are either (+2,+2,-2) or a floating +2.
If you choose one of the former; you should be able to get two (15,15,13,11,11,9) and since all your stats are odd you can have (16,16,14,12,12,9) by 20th; so even MAD classes are playable, provided that you choose the correct race.
