Who was seeking a hapi coat?

I'm not sure why search is failing me on this, but it is. The question was asked in this forum, though, a few months ago. Today someone linked to me a company which specializes in cultural patterns, and they have an entire page of Asian patterns (http://www.folkwear.com/asian.html). Well seeing as it's passed instead of a hapi coat I guess you could have a mildly unhappy coat.
