Read about this in the new Empire and yeah, definitely has potentail I think. Apparently it's been in development hell for s while and what inspired these guys to drag it out is the sidekick story.

Plus Michel Gondry's directing, so I'll definitely be giving this a shot.

Could go either way. Kato seems pretty cool, and the whole thing clearly doesn't take itself too seriously.

Of course, the trailer for The Spirit made it look awesome as well. That's what trailers do.
