As Tarnor approches the group he'll count maybe 8 goons.
Varying in species from trandoshen, Rodian, human, and twel'ek.
It's enough to be a mercenary group.
One of them gives Tarnor half a glance.

He walks up to the goon who addressed him and good ol' Brooklyn "What the hell ya doing" action.

One of the trandoshans barks at the group and six of them enter the building while two stay outside to guard.

If they turn around to look for Falkane Tarnor will step back, draw his blaster, and aim for the knees.

Orilla is now walking around the Nar Shadda Streets, looking around for anything interesting.

The red bolt blazes out of the weapon and in a flash of light returns to his chest.
Falkane is standing right there yellow lightsaber drawn.
The guard fumbles for his weapon.
Falkane doesn't waste time rushing up cutting his weapon (and hands) and proceeds to stab him in the chest.
He turns off his saber and looks at Tarnor.
You're damn lucky I was actually there.

Tarnor walks in with his blaster and spots the mercs.

He begins firing on them. After taking about 10 shots he ducks behind some cover.
