List of all races (3.5)?

Is there a searchable engine anywhere of all available 3.5 races? I'm looking for all races that have a wisdom bonus and a LA 0. Hopefully I can get anthro bat but my DM may disallow it.

start your own group maybe and be dm unless you like yours to much or you dont want to make your own, but if you dmed ur own you could be whatev you wanted

Lolwut? You can't DM and play at the same time! And the dm said he'd think about it and I'm allowed to present a case to him, he's just not sure if it really fits his world.
