I'm looking for disease-related things other than diseases (and afflictions) themselves. Classes, feats, spells that don't directly involve giving a disease (or affliction), alternate class features, martial maneuvers, equipment, etc. Anything disease-related, I want.

also, you could always summon swarms and creatures that give diseases (rat swarm has filth fever, and so on)

That's a ravage, more of a poison-like effect.

Isn't there a way to get contagion at will? I thought there was a magic item or something.

I've done it with earth and blood, so far. I think I did it for debuffs a long time ago, but I didn't make a list.

I also remember making lists of certain poisons and diseases, too.
