questions about Hearts of Iorn

now, I`ve been thinking about mazbe getting either HoI 2 or 3, and I was looking for advice from the froumites as to which was the better, in terms of both gameplay, extras (thier appears to be quite a bit of DLC around for both) and in which of you fine upstanding playgrounders are playing them!

So, which would you suggest? I'm quite temped by 2 and the option for alternate universe cold war shenannigans...
