Extra notes: Houses are on average 20 feet high (just use that average figure all over the house), hay piles are up to 10 feet high against the walls. And, I don't care whether you're immune to sanctuary effects, you are not immune to the arena's sanctuary effect. Creatures summoned during the 1st round are also affected by the sanctuary effect.

It is at the intersection of Y-10/Z-11. Since you passed the DC:20 Str check you can move up to half your speed. Description of spell here. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/entangle.htm)

ooooh, a critical threat with a tentacle. Any chance the RNG happens to be Japanese?

If that happens to put you at 0 HP I'd prefer not to move, dying to an AoO while you are disabled would be pointless

edit: gah, screwed damage roll and don't want to triple post, but with 6 damage from the first attack the minimum total will be 11, enough to put you down, right?

yeah you definitely would have, you got the advantage in grapple(one of NPCs favourite tactics) and hitting power. Lucky break for me

edit: I just saw Snort has no ranks in tumble and that skill is trained only, so I would have had an AoO after all. Not that it matters now

yeah, unfortunately there are armor and shield spikes, but no tentacle spikes. I could argue though that armor covers the tentacles too and thus armor spikes give me spiked tentacles...
