Fel's Revenge

[Gourtox]

All of you are assembled in a room that is spartan even for the military with no idea why. Your surperior officers had woken you up early without cause or reason and brought you to this room. They ordered you to stand at attention and did so themselves. First you unclear as to why, but then the reason becomes clear. Three very high ranking Imperial Knight stride into the room, an air of power and importance coming in at the same time. Your surperior officers are dismissed Leaving you alone with the knights. "Folow us. Someone wants to talk to you."

They walk out with you following obediantly in their wake. They lead through the halls into a very special rooom. They walk in and motion for you to do the same, closing the door after you. Shock hits you like a tsunami when you realize who the three people sitting in across the room are. Roan Fel, Marasiah Fel, and Antares Draco. Then Marasiah begins to speak, "As you know we are at war and you are our troops. Usually you would be defending stations or engaged in combat, but we have other things planned for you. You are to be a squad under our direct command. You answer only The Emperor, Antares, and myself. The missions we give you are to be above top secret and is not to be discussed under pain of death."

Then Antares begins to speak, "Your first mission is on the planet of Sullust and is a clandestine mission. Certain members of Sullust wish to join our cause and support us, but they fear their Sith overlord and his underlings one of which is getting too close to a secret that must not fall into Darth Krayt's hands. You are to go to Sullust and aid those who wish to support us and rid them of the Sith scourge."

The room is filled with utter silence as Emperor Fel stands up. "The sith apprentice Ary Venta must be disposed of before she discovers the Sullustians' secret. Make sure she dealt with and if you are able to capture her make sure you send word to us so that we may recover her for Interrogation. However that is only your immediate objective. You are to sabatodge Imperial production facilities and dispose of the Sith Overlord."

Emperor Fel sits down and Marsiah begins to speak again, "You have 1 hour until you are to depart. During that 1 hour you may requisition supplies and to prepare yourselves. After that hour is over you are to report to Captain Poven in hanger bay 146. You are also to devise a name for yourselves so that news of your feats may spread and strike fear into your foes. Dismissed."

The Imprieal Knights usher you out of the room and down the hall a ways. "You are dismissed." The three knights walk away leaving you all to yourselves. Dumbfounded looks are written across each of your faces.

[Captain Tal]

Looking around at this fellow unit members, Dal Hoban is a six-foot tall human with sandy brown hair, Blue eyes, and a pale complication with rugged features, he's dressed in an imperial technicians uniform. Del says, Well that was interesting, so what do you all think of are newest assignment..

[Jjeinn-tae]

The Rodian Zelko Breenu, is slightly smaller than Del, with a blueish-green shade of skin, and yellow eyes. Even in his plain clothes, he has the components of a particularly ancient breed of rifle strapped in easy to reach places, given the speed everyone was rushed before the Emperor, he evidently sleeps with them, though a good look shows he has no ammo on him.

Looking towards Del, he speaks with a particularly strong, rolling Rodese accent. "A Sith Overlord! That is the sort of prey I signed in for." Without skipping a beat, in introduces himself. "I am Zelko, I'll alert you to them, but they won't see me, and I'll try and pick off the big ones that are unaware."

Prarz'ethi'karuu

One member of the new team is dressed smartly in the black dress uniform of the Imperial Navy. The dark collar in stark contrast to his blue skin and red eyes. His crisp dress uniform is creased in all the right places and he stands with his shoulders pinned back in a military pose. "It certainly seems the Emperor is finally making a move to take back what is rightfully his. I for one am honoured to play a part. My name is Prarz'ethi'karuu but you can call me Zethik."

Teeana

The single female present is a young human with chestnut-brown shoulder-length hair, dressed in the black cloak of the Imperial Knights. After being ushered out by the Knights she turns her head, looking inquisitively at the now closed door.
A secret command-squad under the direct control of the Emperor himself, tasked with capturing a Sith apprentice and her master.
And Teeana, not even a formally anointed Knight, was to be part of this group. Why her? You'd think there'd be plenty of other people better qualified for this particular job - her own master, for instance. Not to speak of better qualified companions than these particular ... gentlemen. Force be with us.

With a slight toss of the head, Teeana turns to the rest of the group with a sly smile.

"Well then, gentlemen. Seems like we're heading for interesting times. I am Teeana Komad, apprentice of the Knights of the Empire and servant of the Force."
After a slight pause and a glance around the gathering, she proceeds: "Zethik, you're wearing a navy uniform... so I assume you are to be our pilot. What of the rest of you, what are your specialties?

Rane: First time I read your post I didn't even notice the spoken part. Yeah, that colour is a bit hard to see :smalltongue:

[Captain Tal]

Del nods and says, I am Del Hoban, miss and I'm at your service, ma'am, I specialise in building and repair of technical and mechanical devices, I'm qualified to repair and upgrade most star-craft, and other devices, I'm also a qualified pilot, but I'm a better mechanic then i am a pilot ma'am.

[Jjeinn-tae]

Zelko turns toward Teeana, "Ok, we can do this formally. I am a sharpshooter and a spotter. While I won't spot a mine, I'll be able to warn all of you of an enemy trying to hid from us, maybe even pick him off before he is a threat."

"We have only a short time before we are due to report in the hanger bay, perhaps we should talk as we walk? The quartermaster will need some time to draw any requisition items." The chiss returns his uniform cap to his head as he starts off towards the stores area.

[Jjeinn-tae]

"Yes, we should hurry, an hour is not much time to get everything picked out, and I'm sure we don't have all our personal equipment that we'll need on us as well. We are also to name ourselves, what will strike fear into our prey's hearts?" As Zelko says this, he starts detaching the pieces of his rifle from his clothing and putting it together. He finishes this before he is done speaking.

Teeana

Teeana nods.
"Agreed. Let's head for the quartermaster immediately."She turns and starts moving down the corridor.
"First of, we will need some sort of cover-identity for our group. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about Sullust, but I imagine we might be able to mask ourselves as traders. Or maybe a noble with entourage? Whatever it might be, we will need some sort of explanation for being on the planet - one which the Sith will not object to.

"Perhaps we can blend in in stormtrooper and pilot armour? The Sith still use stormtroopers, why make it complicated?"

Zelko

"Provided we conceal all insignias and keep our distance that might work. Though if we have to get close to them without fighting, as we quite possibly will, we'll need a back up of some sort. Do you think we could pass off as an imperial escort to "Noblewoman Teeana?" I have not been with the Empire long, and I don't know if the Sith would avoid attacking an escort, Imperial or not."

Teeana

"Hm. Disguising ourselves as troopers from the Sith Empire might work. However, that would not only be a matter of concealing our current insignias, we'd also need military codes. I'm afraid the quartermaster won't have those lying around. Maybe a noblewoman of the Sith Empire - myself, with her personal entourage of stormtroopers would be plausible. That would account for you boys being out of touch with resent military gossip, codes and so on."
She frowns slightly, then adds: "However, I'm not sure how much, if any, respect the Sith pay nobles of their occupied territories. Obviously, it would be prudent to chose a false identity hailing from a planet on which the Sith Empire has absolute control and seemingly harmony with the natives - in other terms, traitors to the true Emperor.", she adds a cruel little smile to the last sentence, revealing a bit of teeth.

Galo follows his commanding officers. They must be finally giving him an assignment, can't just freeload off of free food and a place to live and not expect to fight someday.

Once he is inside the room he notices who appears to be in charge of this mission, raising an eyebrow, wondering about the possible explanation. He listens to the mission profile, letting the details fall in. "Yes Emperor" Just have a job to do. He follows the other assigned personnel out, letting them discuss their plans for the mission.

Answering the low ranking knight about the specialties. "Standard Infantry."

As they near the quarter master's stores Zethik continues the discussion. "So, with that cover in mind, what would we need to requisition? Scrambled communications would be a must I'd think. The ability to monitor enemy comms would be useful too."

[Captain Tal]

And at least 2 sonic rifle, and sonic pistols for every one else if are allotment can't cover that... Dell voice trails off for a moment as he dose some mental calculation, i could pay for possibly 3 sonic pistols. And it might be a good idea for one of use men to play your noble husband, I think i may be the best one to do it, i Come from a very well off family, so that i may advise you when dealing with other nobles.

"It would have to be either of you two-"Zelko motions towards Del and Galo"-the Sith would not let us through otherwise. For equipment, back with my bunk I have some electro binoculars and a good deal of survival equipment, and comms scanners would definitely be useful as well." Zelko lifts his rifle towards a random piece of wall and pulls the trigger, an empty click, and the sound of air forced through a small tube a created, to which he nods.

The halls of Bastion are mostly empty, every once in a while you pass an assistant on an errand or a guard at his post. The quarter master's office is a differenant story, a constant stream of people are entering and leaving. You wait until you are finally able to meet the man who turns out not to be a man at all, but a woman. Signing a form she looks up at the group standing before her. You realize that you never saw a woman in the line waiting to see the quarter master and with one look you know why. She is beatiful and obviously on her way up the military ladder with this only being a short stop. "You must be the squad I was notified about. What equipment do you want?"

"Ma'am," Zethik greets the quartermaster, "We are in the market for some communications devices, 5 pocket scramblers, one monitoring / decoding device. We'll also need a concealable holster for a lightsaber. I shall need a suit of stormtrooper armour in place of my flight suit please."

Outside the quartermaster's
Teeana nods, as the different arrays of weapons are discussed not having much use for anything else but her saber.
"I won't be needing a blaster. However, I might have some use for a thermal detonator or two, or some other sort of grenades. I have a few select tricks hidden behind my cloak, so to speak." She pauses, then turns to Del. "Considering you're not exactly the standard stormtrooper assigned-guard-duty grunt," she winks slightly at the actual troopers present and adds: "No offense, guys," then again addressing Del,"Then yeah, it would probably be best to disguise you as something else. However, not only because of my young age I think it would be better for you to pose as some sort of personal retainer. A trusted guardian and councilor, or something like that."

Inside the quartermaster's
"Yeah, a concealed lightsaber-holster. And I'd also like to requisition two frag grenades and two stun grenades, if possible."

Del nods and says, yes, a personal retainer could also work out nicely, though age sometime is not always important to noble families especially were the connections each offer the other is concerned, its called a marriage of convenience. Also are age defiance couldn't be more 8 to 10 years I'd say. as he looks over the Young knight, to the quartermaster Del say we also need some appropriate dress for the young lady and myself as a mid to high level noble family.

So how about it Ma'am, can you help us with these items?" the blue skinned chiss asks of the quartermaster.

[Gourtox]

The woman looks at you with interest. "Sounds like an interesting mission, but I'm afraid all that equipment puts you over your requisition amount. However I can pull a few strings and get you everything, but you'll have to do me a favor in return. A Pirate captain named Grenn who has been terrorizing our supply lines and my private merchant ships. I want him dead, and his ship captured. Do we have a deal?"

[Captain Tal]

it's agreeable to me as long as we get salvage right on the ship.

Zethik

"That certainly sounds like an opportunity. Do you have details on where Grenn is operating?"

[Gourtox]

Facing Del, "Yes you can have whatever stuff he has on his ship." Then turning to Zethik, "You won't have to worry about that, he'll find you. You may leave now, I'll make sure that everything you asked for is sent to your ship before departure."

Zethik

"Thank you Ma'am. We don't have much time to be at the hanger bay," Zethik says. "Time to grab gear and muster."

Zethik takes his temporary leave of the others and swings by his bunk to pick up his duffel bag before heading to the appointed hanger bay.

[Jjeinn-tae]

Zelko too returns to his bunk, before meeting at the hanger. As he walks in, he is messing with his snap-baton, trying to get a built in glow rod to turn off, he eventually succeeds.

"So, first we have a pirate to deal with. Our future collection of trophies is looking to be shaping up. If he's going to find us, yet we need to salvage his ship, we're going to need a boarding plan. Anyone have any ideas on that?"

[Captain Tal]

Del goes and collects his things from his bunk, and meets up with the others in the hanger.

To Zelko Question Del answers, well not so must, other then the cockpit or bridge should be are primary objective or the engine space.

"We pose as a cargo freighter and let the ship be caught and boarded. Then we unleash the full fury of the Empire on the boarding party and move across to the pirate's ship. No pirates are going to be a match for Imperial Stormtroopers. Easy."

Teeana

Teeana returns to her private chamber as well, gathers up her equipment and tries on her new clothings - even an Imperial Knight needs to feel like a pretty girl sometimes.
When she meets up with the others she is dressed as before, her saber hanging from her belt along with a couple of grenades.

"Not to cast any doubt on the proves of our troopers, but wouldn't it be safe to assume that this pirate has a crew of some sort? I'm sure we can handle this little task, but underestimating our opponent would be unwise. Maybe we can acquire some information about him on the HoloNet or from Imperial Intel."

[Gourtox]

A young man barely over the age of twenty walks up to you and says, "I am Captain Revn and it seems that I will be your transportation. All of your stuff is loaded and my crew is ready so I suggust we depart." He climbs up the boarding ramp to a Helot-class ship with you only a few feet behind. "This is my baby The Kybuck. She might not be the most powerful ship out there but she's fast and tricky." After the last of you are on board and seated he signals to the pilot to lift off.

"Captain. What are your orders concerning our transportation? We have had some ideas about how we could explain landing on the planet Sullust without being suspicious. We've also been asked to take care of a pirate problem. We'd be looking for some ideas from you on how to accomplish that goal."
