Hi, is there a dragon, that has no wings?
If not, is there any other monster, with dragon-like appearance, but without wings?

I was picturing something like Glaurung...

Ty for the help.

Linnorms, Landwyrms... It depends on which edition you're interested in. The most recent version I've seen for Landwyrms is in 3.5 Dragonomicon. Linnorms last showed up in MM2, I think. There also used to be a 'Great Wyrm' in another old Dragon Magazine, but I don't think it ever got updated to 3.5.

in D&D 2.x / 3.x, oriental dragons didn't have wings but could still fly.

Gold dragons have wings. They're just not like the wings of a bat, like other dragons.

Though at least in 2nd Edition, they could make their wings disappear in order to be better swimmers.

In 3.5 they kinda seem like they could mimic the swimming of a manta ray using those same wings. At least to me.

Were you looking for true dragons or just creatures with the Dragon type? Sand dragons don't have wings, and IIRC fang dragons don't either.

Reversed wing template? Yeah yeah I know, CR doesn't work that way.

.

Deep dragon can assume the shape of a serpent.

Shadow dragon are too engaged breathing on you, removing 8 levels in a row.

True dragons without wings or flight, occur in Faerun- the Brown Dragon (Monsters of Faerun) and the Rattleyr (Shining South).

In Dragon Compendium, the Yellow Dragon has flight, but not wings or wing attacks.

The pic of the Orange Dragon in the same book looks like it has no wings- but the description doesn't say so, nor does it mention it not having wing attacks.

Sand dragons (Sandstorm) and fang dragons (Draconomicon) do have wings- but those of the Sand Dragon are more like side fins- very like the Gold Dragon. They still have wing attacks.

Sand dragons (Sandstorm) [...] do have wingsLooks like I got them confused. I thought the brown dragon was called a sand dragon.

Those Dragon magazine dragons are awesome, by the way. The orange dragon spits balls of exploding phlegm, while the purple dragon can turn its breath weapon into a lightsaber. I so want to play a character who grafted a wyrmling purple dragon's head onto the end of his arm.

Stygian Dragons? The ones that live in the Styx (they have flippers)

hamishspence

I thought they could fly though (their flippers look like very tiny wings)

If not, they might qualify. And if their wings can't be used for wing blows, it might be fair to call them "effectively wingless".

As I recall, the Brainstealer Dragon from Dragon Magazine also had very tiny wings.

If you're playing 2nd edition, the Brown Dragon is actually flightless and I don't think the crystal dragon has wings either. Actually come to think of it, I don't think the cloud dragon or the mist dragon has wings either but I could be wrong and I don't have access to the 2nd edition MM right now.

Both would be fairly easy to adapt to 3.x or Pathfinder if you can find the stat block for them. The brown dragon burrows into the sand in deserts and sort of competes with the blue dragon for territory. The crystal dragon is one of this sweet crazy psionic ones, and the last two live in clouds and waterfalls/hot spring areas. Brown breathes a line of acid, crystal breathes a spray of crystal shards, cloud dragons breathe a burst of frigid cold with large ice crystals, mist dragons breathe a line of superheated steam.

Confirmed.
The Brown doesn't fly, The crystal dragon has no wings but it can fly, the same can be said for the cloud dragon and the mist dragon.

There's heaps. I'm just gonna go through the Draconomicon and monster manuals (assuming you're talking about 3.5e):
Dragon turtle (MM1 p. 88)
Spiked Felldrake (Drac. p. 160)
Landwyrms, various (Drac. p. 168)
Styx dragon (Drac. p. 188)
Felldrakes (MM2 p. 97)
Linnorms (MM2 p. 140)
Dracotaur MM3 p. 42)
Dragon eel (MM3 p. 44)
Rage drake (MM3 p. 130)

Alas, it appears I don't have my MM4. And I'm too lazy to go through the Dragon magazines. I recommend perusing Crystal Keep.

By the way, the Cloud Dragon has "almost transparent" wings.

A Komodo Dragon?

Just reflavour a monitor lizard

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/lizardMonitor.htm

You don't really need to reflavour much, since a Komodo Dragon is also known as a Komodo Monitor, but you can increase the size, stats and add a breath weapon and such to make it more threatening depending on the level of the party.

The Fang Dragon (Draconomicon) and Sand Dragon (Sandstorm) both have wings, though the Fang Dragon lacks a breath weapon and instead has a Con-draining bite. The Brown Dragon (Monsters of Faerun), however, has useless, vestigial wings.

Linnorms (MM2), the Rage Drake (MM3), and the Landwyrms (Draconomicon) are all wingless. The Spell Eater (Dragon Magic) is a rather unconventional-looking dragon that is also wingless.

Dragon 344 has the chole dragon, a tentacled dragon from the Abyss. Dragon 345 has three kinds of sea serpents, which are amphibious true dragons.

Most of the Lung dragons from OA lack wings. One mostly looks like a turtle.

60 ft, and also 60 ft. burrow. Yes, it would outrun a horse, considering it's likely on sandy terrain.

Orange from DMC (Dragon Magazine Compendium)

The pic shows no wings, but (unlike the Yellow, or the Brown) it isn't called out as not having wing attacks.

So it's possible the pic is wrong.

The Ibrandlin (sp?) from Monsters of Faerun is flightless (and pretty powerful iirc).
