Pathfinder Inquisitor in 3.5

Does anyone have experience or ideas for using the inquisitor from pathfinder for DnD 3.5. I would like conversion suggestion and leveling suggestions. I already know that some of the skills will need to be changed, but other than that what needs to be done?

I think it would be balanced in 3.5.
Change skills (add in Concentration)
Make cantrips (0th level bard use/day) instead of at will.
